We are an independent school who work with main stream schools and District PRU within the Bradford area. We are open to working further afield. We provide an alternative education for young people between the ages of 14 years to 16 years, who cannot attend their own school for reasons such as being bullied, or bullying someone, getting into fights, being abusive to staff and students, who have personal issues, poor attendance, in danger of being exploited. There are many other reason as well.
We can take young people from 1 day a week to 5 days a week; we are flexible and cater for the young person’s needs. We also take young people for a short or long term block.
We have no fixed charges and we invoice at the end of each month, a service level agreement has to be signed before the young person can start on our provision. The times are from 9.30am to 2.30pm each day price to be discussed. In the service level agreement it explains about attendance/none attendance and responsibility of us and the school – please see a copy of the service level agreement.
We have been working with mainstream schools for nearly five years and we have had a great success with our progression for year 11. We organise career events and have connextion workers come in for interviews with year 11.
